2. Affiliates. Southwest Corporate is the sole member and sole manager of CUSOURCE, LLC, a Texas limited liability company that does business as "Southwest Corporate Investment Services". Although Southwest Corporate and Southwest Corporate Investment Services are thus affiliated, they do not constitute the same entity and the services provided by Southwest Corporate Investment Services are neither provided by nor guaranteed by Southwest Corporate. In particular, investment products offered by Southwest Corporate Investment Services, other than share certificates of Southwest Corporate, are not obligations of Southwest Corporate, and they may or may not be insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund or by any other entity, and they are subject to investment risks, including the possibility that the owner of the investment may lose some or all of the principal amount invested.

3. Services. The information posted on this site does not create any contractual obligation or other obligation that is binding on Southwest Corporate. Any obligation of Southwest Corporate is or will be set forth in a written contract, agreement or schedule.
