Implementation Steps

  • Southwest Corporate's support team contacts the credit union and supplies a Welcome Packet that details the step-by-step implementation process
  • An interface is created between the Member Capture application and the credit union's home banking provider
  • Credit union customizes the application with messaging and preferred settings
  • Southwest Corporate works with the credit union's technical staff to implement the automated posting process
  • Training is provided to credit union staff
  • Southwest Corporate provides the credit union with customizable marketing materials
