Open-End Settlement Lines of Credit (Standard and Performance)

• Meets day-to-day funding needs
• Automatic advance to cover overnight settlements with no additional fee or interest rate increase

• Most cost effective line of credit option
• Advances are obtained using TranZact

  Note: Members that do not participate in the Membership Capital Account (MCA) are not eligible for the Open-End (Non-Settlement) Advantage Line of Credit.

Guaranteed Line of Credit

• Meets day-to-day funding needs
• Automatic advance to cover overnight settlements with no additional fee or interest rate increase
• Guarantees availability of funds
• Daily floating interest rate

Term Loan

• Short, intermediate and long term funding
• Fixed or adjustable interest rate and fixed maturity date
• Amortized or "bullet" principal payment, monthly interest payment
• Customizable term and structures to meet member's individual needs

CLF Loan

• Southwest Corporate can act as your credit union's agent to the NCUA Central Liquidity Facility, for more information - click here

Certificate Funding Program

• Designed for small or new credit unions

Letters of Credit

• Documentary evidence to third parties that Southwest Corporate guarantees an agreed upon amount
