Lisa McGahen manages the ACH and cards services areas of Southwest Corporate. She is responsible for the implementation and daily operation of EFT products, including ACH Origination, ATM & debit card processing, and terminal driving.

Lisa joined Southwest Corporate in 1984 and has been managing the ACH/card services department since 1995. Prior to that, she supervised the member services department and worked in the sales and marketing areas.

Lisa is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and holds a BBA in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University

Sandi Altman, Communications Manager/Webmaster

Sandi Altman manages communications for Southwest Corporate. She is responsible for the development, production, and distribution of Southwest Corporate's electronic media including newsletters, on-hold messaging, and Southwest Corporate's websites - www.swcorp.org and www.swcorpinvest.com.

Sandi joined Southwest Corporate in 2000. Prior to that, she was the business development manager for Lone Star Credit Union in Dallas, Texas. Sandi served on the Dallas Chapter of Credit Unions' Board of Directors from 1997 - 2001 and she was the co-chairman of the DFW Credit Union Awareness Council from 1997 - 2001.

Sandi has an AAS in business administration from Brevard Community College and a BS in psychology from Louisiana State University.

Valerie Haigis, Funds Transfer Manager

Valerie Haigis is the manager of the Funds Transfer area of Southwest Corporate. In that capacity she manages the staff of wire transfer representatives who provide services such as wire transfers, international wire transfers, and Western Unions to member credit unions.

Valerie joined Southwest Corporate in October 1984 as a research clerk. Within a year she transferred into the wire transfer department which - at the time - consisted of two employees. As the department grew, Valerie moved into the position of manager. The department now has 4 full-time employees and 2 part-time employees.

Valerie received her BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University.

Eileen Purdy, Product Manager

Eileen Purdy is the product manager for Southwest Corporate. She is responsible for the analysis of existing and development of new products & services.

Eileen joined Southwest Corporate in 2004 bringing with her many years of experience with financial products, including extensive experience with electronic payments. Her first experience with credit unions was with the Texas Credit Union League where she worked as director of EFT and traveled to Texas credit union chapter meetings talking to credit unions about the benefits of implementing share drafts.

Eileen has a BBA in marketing from SMU and an MBA in management from University of Dallas. She is an Accredited ACH Professional and a Certified Treasury Professional.

Bobby Marshall, Training Manager

Bobby Marshall is Manager of Training for Southwest Corporate. In this role he oversees and delivers training to credit unions nationwide both by web conference and in person.

Bobby brings extensive experience with payments systems to Southwest Corporate. He was Southwest Corporate's Product Manager for seven years. Prior to that, Bobby was Manager of Member Service and Quality at U.S. Central Credit Union for five years and Manager of Item Processing at the Federal Home Loan Bank for five years. He served as Operations Manager for 10 years at First Data Management Company.

Bobby earned a B.A. in Education from Oklahoma Baptist University and a Masters in Education from Central Oklahoma University.
