Part Time Computer Operator - Plano, TX
This position provides computer operations support to SCFCU departments and credit unions using our technology based services. Responsibilities include executing and monitoring processing on the AS/400 platform for the CCUN application, AS/400 data replication, ACH processing, ATM processing, file exchanges with our credit union members and business partners, and other scheduled processing. This position also provides basic support to the Help Desk area including the use of the service request system. Image file creation for delivery to our member credit unions is another key responsibility. The qualified candidate should have a minimum 3 years AS/400 operational experience, strong customer service skills, and basic PC skills including Word and Excel.
