Senior Network Services Administrator - Plano, TX
This position is primarily responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the network infrastructure and wide area network. This includes all routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers. This position will also be cross-trained in and provide secondary support for the VMware and SAN environments. This position will provide design, implementation, and support of our file transfer platforms, including FTP and Connect:Direct. This position will develop configuration standards relating to the network infrastructure devices, including routers, switches, and VPNs. This position will be responsible for producing statistical reporting related to network performance, availability, and capacity planning. This position will work with the security department to implement and maintain different security software and hardware such as, DLP, IDS, and security information management. Utilize enterprise monitoring applications to ensure uptime of critical systems.
Basic Qualifications: Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8 years of Information Technology work experience; Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA); strong communication and time management skills; Strong customer service skills for dealing with customers; Able to manage multiple detail oriented tasks; FTP administration and configuration; Windows 200x server administration; Willingness to work after hours when necessary; Shows initiative, creativity and ability to work independently and with others within a team environment.

Senior Systems Administrator - Plano, TX
Brief Position Description: This position is primarily responsible for the management and maintenance of the Microsoft Windows Active Directory, SAN/NAS, file security and sharing, software compliance, and all applications residing on any of the contained server devices. Standards and reporting relating to the active directory environment, the server build process, patching, application and data disaster recovery, operating system and application upgrades, account management, and server hardware migration will be defined and maintained by this position. It is responsible for the acquisition of hardware, software and limited external vendor services. This position provides leadership and a mentoring role for the Systems Engineer, Network Services Administrator and Helpdesk technicians and supports internal users as necessary. This is an on-call position that does require limited after hours support along with weekend duties for special project based support and implementation.
