COMPLIANCE AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY WEBINARS

Southwest Corporate offers member credit unions a convenient and cost effective way to participate in training without ever leaving the credit union. Online Educational Webinars provide both audio and video capabilities simultaneously to support an interactive learning environment.

  • Business Continuity Management: Effective business continuity planning establishes the basis for financial institutions to maintain and recover business processes when operations have been disrupted unexpectedly. This training session will provide a framework that can be utilized to create and implement a business continuity program. (April 29, 2008 or September 30, 2008)

  • BSA/OFAC/USA Patriot Act: This training session will provide an overview of the Bank Secrecy Act, the USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC rules and regulations. Attendees will learn tips on conducting a BSA/OFAC Risk Assessment and how to structure a BSA/OFAC Compliance Program. Program elements will include Currency Transaction Reports, Suspicious Activity Reports, Customer Identification Program, and more. (April 8, 2008 or September 9, 2008)
