• Business Continuity Management: Effective business continuity planning establishes the basis for financial institutions to maintain and recover business processes when operations have been disrupted unexpectedly. • BSA/OFAC/USA Patriot Act: This training session will provide an overview of the Bank Secrecy Act, the USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC rules and regulations. Attendees will learn tips on conducting a BSA/OFAC Risk Assessment and how to structure a BSA/OFAC Compliance Program. Program elements will include Currency Transaction Reports, Suspicious Activity Reports, Customer Identification Program, and more. (April 8, 2008 or September 9, 2008)
