Southwest Corporate understands the importance of communication during a contingency event. We monitor Tropical Storms and Hurricanes and remain prepared to assist your credit union during such an event.

In conjunction with your business continuity plan, please review the following checklist and message from the Federal Reserve Bank.

CREDIT UNION COMMUNICATION CHECKLIST
Communication with Southwest Corporate – Provide Southwest Corporate with updated contact information for your credit union's key personnel in the event of an evacuation by calling 800.442.5763, option 1 or by email at MemberServices@swcorp.org

Southwest Corporate’s Website – Please visit www.swcorp.org for updated information regarding how Southwest Corporate can assist during a contingency event.

TranZact – A link to TranZact is on Southwest Corporate’s website at www.swcorp.org. If your credit union is using tokens to access TranZact, take them with you to continue the ability to access TranZact. If necessary, contact Member Services at 800.442.5763, option 1 to change your IP restrictions for TranZact access.

Funds Transfers – Keep your Wire PIN in your possession in order to initiate funds transfers. As a reminder, Western Union transfers are an efficient way to provide money to your members during a contingency event.

Your Credit Union Website – Update your credit union’s website with contact information for your members.
